Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1 - Saturday, April 12

Arrive at Incheon Airport

• Hotel check-in and meet & greet in the hotel lobby
• Local city tour and group dinner
• Evening to relax and prepare for the first full day of exploration 

Day 2 - Sunday, April 13

Seoul Historical and Cultural Tour

• Morning: Gyeongbokgung Palace, Gwanghwamun Square
• Afternoon: Insadong Artisan Street and King Sejong Hall and Admiral Yi Statue
• Evening: Namsan Seoul Tower & Cable
Car Tour 

Day 3 - Monday, April 14

Training Day: Hoshinsul Techniques & Taekwondo at HQ

• Morning: Breakfast at 8:00 am,
Hoshinsul Practice Sessions 9:00 – 10:30 am
& 11:00 – 12:30 pm
• Afternoon: Lunch break 1:00 – 2:00 pm,
third session 2:30 – 4:00 pm, Free Time in Local City
• Evening: Taekwondo Practice (optional) 7:00pm, dinner at 8:30 pm 

Day 4 - Tuesday, April 15

Training and Testing Prep, Shopping Excursion

• Morning: Hoshinsul Instructor Course Training 8:30 – 10:00 am Hoshinsul Testing 10:30 pm
• Afternoon: Seoul Palace Tour Cheongdukyung and Seoul Shopping Extravaganza Dong Dae Mun, Myung Dong
• Evening: Taekwondo Practice (optional) 7:00pm, dinner at 8:30 pm

Day 5 - Wednesday, April 16

Journey to Mt. Soyosan and U.S. Army Training

• Morning: Breakfast, Depart at 8:30 am to Dongducheon, arrive at 10:00 am
Hike Mt. Soyosan, Buddhist Temple, and Waterfall – a spiritual journey in martial arts
heritage
• Afternoon: Lunch at 1:30 pm, training session with the U.S. Army, hand-to-hand combat and Taekwondo Combatives
• Evening: Group dinner at 7:00 pm 

Day 6 - Thursday, April 17

Spend the Day at the Kukkiwon

 • Morning: Meet in hotel lobby at 8:30 am and head to Kukkiwon for practice with
Grandmasters and officials
• Afternoon: Shopping and Visit Hongdae Shopping, Trick Eye Museum
• Evening: Dinner in Gimpo area 

Day 7 - Friday, April 18

Exploring Muju, Taekwondowon

• Morning: Early morning leave Hotel for Muju – 6am
• Afternoon: Explore The Taekwondowon with a Martial Arts Experience Taekwondo in
a village built for martial artists worldwide, combining tradition with modern facilities
• Evening: Traditional Korean dinner

Day 8 - Saturday, April 19

Final Training and Celebration

• Morning: Taekwondo Practice 8:30 – 10:30 am, Black Belt Testing 11am
• Afternoon: Free Time to explore Seoul
• Evening: Celebrate at the 80th Anniversary Moo Duk Kwan Dinner in Seoul 8pm (Dinner
Attire) 

Day 9 - Sunday, April 20

Visiting Korean War Memorial

• Morning:  Meet in hotel lobby at 8:30 am and head to Seoul for touring Korean War Memorial
• Afternoon: Shopping and walking around Yongsan
• Evening: Dinner in Gimpo area 

Day 10 - Monday, April 21

Departure - Return Home

•  Final breakfast and hotel check-out; depart Incheon Airport to your country
